In partnership with your company, we’ll create a Safety Program to your company’s and location’s specifications, for newly hired employees, usually administered locally by a PRO SOURCE trained individual or in concert with your safety professional. Programs emphasize Policies and Procedures, hours of service (drivers), fatigue, regulatory compliance, drug and alcohol testing procedures, vehicle inspection, trip sheets, MSDS, TSCA, incident management, reporting requirements, security awareness training, step discipline, retraining, any required hazard training (your company, Pro Source, DOT).

We enforce Employee Accountability — expected performance, working to standard and job ownership, identifying and managing risks and hazards, incident prevention, specific training relating to Customer’s property, processes and work environment.

We perform all screening, work history & security/criminal background checks, I-9s, FMCSR Clearinghouse, STA and TSA background checks.

We administer and pay all physicals (DOT) and other physical testing requirements.

We administer and pay all NIDA Drug & Alcohol Testing: Pre-Employment, Random, Post Accident, & Reasonable Suspicion tests

We create a complete and compliant Driver Qualification File

We build and administer a custom-designed Employee Handbook – built to your company’s specifications.

We oversee or handle all Regulatory Compliance, including DOT, FMCSA’s Compliance, Safety, and Accountability Program (CSA), OSHA, EEO, DOL, ADA, FMLA, TSA, NLRB

We administer all basic job safety & training; safety programs, safety meetings, utilizing the Smith System.
